Agents: Think of them as your personal digital chefs. Picture this—you dump info about what’s in your fridge, and boom! Out comes a meal plan. Agents are all about taking specific inputs and generating equally specific outputs.

ACEs: These are where we take agency to the next level. Each of you will be creating your own Autonomous Cognitive Entities, instilling them with values, goals, and limits. No Skynet on our watch—we’ll also be doing red teaming exercises to bulletproof our creations against potentially apocalyptic scenarios.
